On our recent mini-vacation to atlanta we stayed at a courtyard marriott and they had the most comfortable memory foam beds.

now that's a family vacation.
I guess I'm the odd one out as I didn't think they were comfortable. I burned up every night. I was really glad to get back home to our extra firm mattress--never thought I'd feel that way about that bed.
lydia, you don't know what you are talking about. we have a tempurpedic mattress, and i will NEVER trade it for another kind.
you can keep your extra-firm mattress of concrete, and i will continue to enjoy my wonderful comfy tempur-heaven.
Maybe it was just the hot room and the fact that I went to bed with my hair wet from swimming both nights. (Our air conditioner worked, but I couldn't let Geron freeze to death.)
I really like Marriot beds. But I know what it's like to sleep in a too hot or too cold room. It's funny how a bunch of folks from the same gene pool can all have different comfort zones when it comes to temperature. Not that you and Geron are from the same gene pool! Woah, that came out funny! I meant me and my parents (who aren't from the same gene pool, either...oh, never mind.)
i know what you mean about a hot room...but i'm mean. and i will let nathan freeze to death. that's what extra blankets are for. :)

Am I the only one disturbed by an adult spooning with his parents?
Well, the family that spoons together stays together I guess.
